Meditation:

  1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, allowing your chest to expand, and exhale through your mouth, releasing tension.

  2. Visualize a warm, green light glowing in the center of your chest. This is your heart chakra, the center of love and healing.

  3. With each inhale, imagine the green light growing brighter and warmer. With each exhale, release any emotional pain, fear, or sadness. Feel these emotions leaving your body like a dark mist.

  4. Silently or aloud, repeat the affirmation: "I release all pain and open my heart to love."

  5. Now, visualize a pink light (symbolizing unconditional love) merging with the green light. Allow this combined energy to fill your entire being, radiating outward to create a protective, loving aura around you.

  6. Stay in this visualization for as long as you feel called. When you’re ready, take a deep breath and slowly return to the present moment.
